Job summary

Ennismore is seeking a Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming face of the brand in a fast-paced environment. You will handle check-in/out, manage guest accounts, and coordinate with departments to resolve issues while delivering exceptional service.

The role requires strong English communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends. Prior front desk or guest services experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Able to manage multiple priorities without compromising quality.
• Familiarity with Property Management System (PMS) software.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and handle check-in/check-out with warmth and efficiency.
• Manage guest accounts, payments, and transaction records.
• Listen to guest requests and coordinate with departments to resolve issues.
• Follow up to confirm resolution and guest satisfaction.
• Provide information on facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Upsell and offer personalized recommendations.
