Job summary

Mikhman Produce in Dubai, UAE, is seeking a driven Sales Executive to grow our fresh produce portfolio across HORECA, retail, e-commerce and wholesale channels. You will visit customers, build lasting relationships, identify opportunities, close sales, and manage accounts with discipline and professionalism.

The ideal candidate has strong sales acumen, UAE market knowledge, and excellent communication skills in English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in fresh produce, FMCG or HORECA sectors.
• Existing UAE market relationships are advantageous.
• Strong communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage targets, forecasts and weekly reporting.
• English communication required; other languages advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage customer accounts across HORECA, retail, e-commerce, wholesale and fresh produce channels.
• Identify and acquire new UAE-based customers.
• Build relationships with chefs, procurement teams, retailers and distributors.
• Manage inquiries, price discussions, orders, follow-ups and deliveries.
• Prepare weekly sales forecasts and maintain sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with operations, quality, logistics and finance to fulfill requirements.
• Support collections in coordination with Finance.
• Track feedback, complaints, and market opportunities.
• Protect pricing discipline and payment terms.
• Contribute to long-term sales strategy.
