Responsibilities

• Source and engage IT and technology professionals across international markets.
• Recruit across French-speaking markets and broader international regions.
• Build and maintain long-term candidate relationships.
• Conduct proactive headhunting, talent mapping and market research.
• Manage candidate pipelines and deliver against targets and KPIs.
• Partner with consultants to understand client requirements and deliver high-quality candidates.
• Use LinkedIn and recruitments databases and other sourcing tools to identify top talent.
• Stay up to date with technology trends and candidate availability.
