Job summary

TGC Middle East in Dubai is seeking an Executive - Sales & Marketing to join our Freight Forwarding division. The role combines freight forwarding operations, customer coordination, documentation, and business development responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding or logistics, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and familiarity with import documentation, IGM filing, BLs and DOs. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Marketing or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding, shipping, logistics, NVOCC or related industry.
• Strong understanding of freight forwarding operations, import documentation, IGM filing, BLs, DOs and port procedures.
• Experience in customer coordination and handling shipping/port-related operational issues preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Freight Forwarding Operations including IGM filing, DO issuance, and detention handling.
• Identify and develop potential customers within freight forwarding and logistics sectors.
• Support marketing activities and prepare sales reports with KPI insights.
• Maintain client relationships and track sales pipeline and revenue performance.
