Job summary

TGC Middle East seeks an Executive – Sales & Marketing for the Freight Forwarding division in Dubai. The role focuses on growing revenue through new business, maintaining client relationships, and coordinating with operations and back-office teams.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years in freight forwarding or logistics, strong communication, negotiation, and CRM reporting skills. Willingness to travel is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding, shipping, logistics, NVOCC, or a related industry.
• Strong understanding of freight forwarding operations, import documentation, IGM filing, Bills of Lading (BL), Delivery Orders (DO).
• Proven ability to identify new business opportunities and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities

• File and coordinate IGM documentation and ensure DO issuance to customers.
• Identify and develop potential customers in freight forwarding and logistics.
• Support marketing activities and prepare regular sales reports and insights for management.
