Job summary

Build Up is seeking a Freelance Senior Exhibition Project Manager to lead upcoming large-scale exhibition projects across the UAE. The role is freelance/project-based with immediate availability and demands a hands-on leader who can drive complex builds from concept through handover.

You will coordinate with clients, designers, production teams and subcontractors, manage schedules and budgets, review technical drawings, and ensure on-time delivery within quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of project management experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in large-scale exhibitions.
• Knowledge of production, fabrication, and site execution.
• Experience managing budgets, suppliers, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Strong client and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and high-pressure project environments.
• Available for freelance/project-based assignments.

Build Up is looking for an experienced Freelance Senior Exhibition Project Manager to join our team for upcoming large-scale exhibition projects across the UAE .

We are looking for a hands-on project manager with strong experience in the exhibitions .

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients, designers, technical teams, production teams, suppliers, and subcontractors


• Manage project schedules, budgets, costing, and cost control


• Coordinate production and fabrication activities


• Review and coordinate technical drawings and project requirements


• Manage site installation, build-up, execution, dismantling, and handover


• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards


• Manage multiple stakeholders and resolve site/project challenges effectively

Required Experience

• Minimum 7 years of relevant project management experience


• Strong hands-on experience in large-scale exhibitions.


• Strong knowledge of production, fabrication, technical coordination, and site execution


• Experience managing budgets, suppliers, subcontractors, and project teams


• Strong client and stakeholder management skills


• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage high-pressure project environments


• Must be available for freelance/project-based assignments

Preferred Background

Strong preference will be given to candidates with previous experience working with leading exhibition companies.
