Job summary

Taj HR is seeking an Experiential 3D Designer to create innovative 3D concepts for exhibitions, events and brand activations in Abu Dhabi. The role requires translating client briefs into compelling visuals, layouts and production-ready details for fabrication and on-site execution.

You will collaborate with project teams to ensure timely delivery, maintain high quality renders, and stay current with industry trends in experiential design and material fabrication.

We are looking for a creative and highly skilled Experiential 3D Designer with strong experience in exhibitions, events, exhibition stands, brand activations, stage designs, kiosks, and immersive environments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming client briefs, brand requirements, and creative concepts into high-quality 3D designs, realistic renders, layouts, and production-ready design details. The role requires a strong combination of creativity, technical design capability, attention to detail, and an understanding of how concepts are translated into physical event and exhibition environments.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment, managing multiple projects, responding to client feedback, and collaborating with project, production, and creative teams to ensure designs are both visually impactful and practically executable.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative and innovative 3D concepts for exhibitions, events, brand activations, and experiential spaces.
• Design exhibition stands, booths, stages, kiosks, displays, experiential zones, and temporary event structures.
• Translate client briefs, brand guidelines, and creative ideas into compelling 3D visual concepts.
• Produce high-quality and realistic 3D renders and visual presentations for client approvals.
• Develop accurate layouts, elevations, dimensions, and design details required for production and execution.
• Ensure designs are creative, functional, visually engaging, and technically feasible.
• Incorporate branding, signage, lighting, furniture, digital screens, interactive elements, and other experiential components into designs where required.
• Develop multiple design concepts and creative options based on project requirements and budgets.
• Modify and refine designs based on client feedback and internal reviews.
• Work closely with creative, project management, production, fabrication, and installation teams to ensure smooth execution of approved designs.
• Ensure final designs are suitable for fabrication, installation, and on-site implementation.
• Review designs with production teams and resolve design or technical challenges when required.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting agreed deadlines and quality standards.
• Stay updated on current exhibition, event, experiential, spatial, and brand activation design trends.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations when required and clearly communicate design concepts and recommendations.

Technical Skills

Strong proficiency in relevant 3D design and visualization software, such as:

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience with UAE-based exhibitions and events.
• Knowledge of local event and exhibition production practices.
• Experience working directly with clients and handling design revisions.
• Strong creative thinking and concept development skills.
• Understanding of materials, fabrication methods, lighting, signage, AV, and event structures.
• Ability to balance creative vision with technical feasibility and budget considerations.
• Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred.

Candidate Profile

Additional Requirements

• Based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, or willing to relocate/work full-time in Abu Dhabi.
• Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred.

• A strong portfolio of relevant 3D exhibition/event work is required.
