Job summary

Parker Connect is seeking an experienced project management professional in the UAE to lead complex exhibition stands, fit-out, or pavilion projects. You will oversee planning, procurement, and site execution while coordinating with clients, consultants, and suppliers.

The role emphasizes quality control, safety compliance, and profitability, with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of UAE-based PM experience, strong construction

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years of project management experience in UAE, preferably in exhibition stands, fit-out, or pavilion projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, material specifications, and MEP integration.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.
• Familiarity with Odoo ERP / Salesforce CRM is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage baseline project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Ensure alignment with client requirements, design specifications, and contractual obligations.
• Oversee procurement, production, and site execution.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and suppliers.
• Conduct regular progress meetings and provide updates on project status, risks, and opportunities.
• Ensure client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and addressing concerns promptly.
• Review design drawings, shop drawings, and BOQs for accuracy and buildability.
• Ensure compliance with UAE standards, health & safety requirements, and company procedures.
• Monitor site progress and implement corrective actions to resolve delays or design/site discrepancies.
• Monitor project costs and variations, ensuring profitability is maintained.
• Support the commercial team in preparing invoices, claims, and change orders.
• Negotiate with suppliers/subcontractors for cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
• Lead and mentor project engineers, site managers, and supervisors.
• Foster a culture of accountability, productivity, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure team adherence to KPIs and company objectives.
