Job summary

Ecojob in Abu Dhabi, UAE seeks an experienced freelancer for comprehensive HR management including recruitment, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and labor law.

You will handle day-to-day HR operations, support senior management, and ensure smooth HR processes. A Bachelor’s degree in HR is preferred but not mandatory; salary is 1100 AED per month for the right candidate, with openness to applicants from abroad.

Qualifications

• Experience in all aspects of HR management incl. recruitment, training and development.
• Knowledge of performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations and labor law.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field is desired but not mandatory.
