Job summary

buildup is seeking an experienced Freelance Event Coordinator to join our team immediately and support the planning and execution of upcoming events in Dubai. You will coordinate with suppliers, venues, technical teams and partners, manage logistics, checklists and schedules, and provide hands-on support during setup, live days and dismantling.

• Assist guest, speaker, performer and delegate coordination.
• Provide hands-on support during setup, live event days and dismantling.
