- Proven expertise in fragrance, with knowledge of families, ingredients, layering and client consultation.
- Strong knowledge of luxury retail standards and premium customer service.
- Passion for fragrance, storytelling and creating personalized scent journeys for clients.
- Fluent English communication; additional languages are an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain guest experience standards to drive loyalty.
- Address customers' queries about products, prices, availability, uses and services.
- Advise customers on product ranges best suited to their needs.
- Demonstrate usage and benefits of various brands and products.
- Generate sales and meet or surpass sales targets using fragrance knowledge.
- Maintain store merchandising levels per brand guidelines.
- Ensure stock replenishment and report shortages.
