Job summary

Chalhoub Group is seeking a beauty-focused sales professional to represent the brand and communicate its values to customers and team members. You will generate sales while meeting targets, maintain a robust customer database, and promote the MUSE loyalty program, driving enrollment and new customer acquisition.

You will stay informed about brand online offers and participate in events to push fragrance sales.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in the beauty industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand by communicating its values and philosophy to customers and team members.
• Generate sales and meet line and sales targets while following policies.
• Maintain a solid and accurate customer database to build relationships and future opportunities.
• Promote the Group’s loyalty program (MUSE) and increase enrollment and new customer acquisition.
• Understand brand’s online offers and activities.
• Attend brand events and push fragrance sales during events, promotions and launches.
• Stay ahead of trends, products and competitors.
• Deliver exceptional service and the brand’s customer journey across physical and digital touchpoints.
