Job summary

Chalhoub Group in Dubai is seeking a Fashion Consultant to deliver exceptional guest experience while meeting individual and store targets and supporting CRM and customer initiatives.

You will build relationships with clients through an omni-channel approach, focus on loyalty and staying aligned with brand campaigns. Strong English is required; Arabic is a plus, with experience in luxury fashion and clientelling.

Qualifications

• Strong English communication skills.
• Arabic language skills would be a plus.
• Prior experience in luxury or premium fashion.
• Focus on clientelling and returning customers.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and fashion KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Collect data on customer behaviour for business reviews.
• Drive client relationships within an omni-channel approach.
• Provide pre-buying feedback on products.
• Drive NPS through people experience initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to VM guidelines and SOPs.
• Ensure click and collect within SLAs.
• Ensure customer data capture per marketing requirements.
• Promote loyalty program (MUSE) and stay updated with app offerings.
• Support in-store marketing events and activations.
• Keep abreast of brand social media activities and campaigns.
• Drive sell-throughs within the store.
• Support in-store CX initiatives.
• Provide input on what's working well / what's not within the store.
