Job summary

Chalhoub Group seeks a fragrance specialist to deliver premium customer experiences within its luxury retail portfolio in the United Arab Emirates. You will engage clients, advise on fragrances, and drive sales while maintaining brand standards and in-store presentation.

Ideal candidates bring fragrance expertise, strong customer service, and a passion for storytelling. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven fragrance expertise with knowledge of families, ingredients, layering and client consultation.
• Luxury retail standards and premium customer service knowledge.
• Passion for fragrance storytelling and personalized scent journeys for clients.
• Fluent English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain guest experience standards to foster loyalty.
• Address customer queries about products, prices, availability, uses, and services.
• Assess customer needs and provide assistance to meet or exceed expectations.
• Advise on product ranges best suited to customer needs.
• Demonstrate usage and benefits of various brands and products.
• Generate sales and achieve line and sales targets using fragrance knowledge.
• Track store-level sell-out targets and generate daily sales reports.
• Participate in incentives and track post-launch sales at store level.
• Ensure merchandising levels align with brand guidelines.
