Job summary

Sumsub is seeking a Senior Brand Designer to inspire and mentor the brand design team, shaping a scalable brand system across print and digital media. You will lead typography, color, and layout standards, drive consistency through guidelines, and align creative output with business goals.

The role demands mastery of Figma, strong print Production knowledge, and a track record of building brand guidelines for growing teams, while collaborating with marketing and leadership in a remote-first

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in brand design with a portfolio showing systems thinking across print and digital.
• 2+ years of experience leading and mentoring a design team.
• Master-level proficiency in Figma, including building component libraries.
• Solid grasp of print production fundamentals (bleed, color modes, print-ready files).
• Experience building and documenting brand guidelines for growing teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent professional experience.
• Fluent in English (C1 or higher).

Responsibilities

• Inspire and mentor the Brand Design team, setting quality benchmarks and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Define and evolve Sumsub's brand system, including color, typography, layout conventions, and visual voice.
• Guide creative direction across print and digital formats, including research reports, presentation decks, and campaign landing pages.
• Establish and uphold brand guidelines and review processes to ensure consistency in typography and layout.
• Oversee the team's creative pipeline, including briefs, task tracking, and prioritization.
• Articulate brand decisions to marketing and leadership to align creative execution with business goals.
