Job summary

Paires is building its first data platform leader to own the database that powers our outreach and agent workflows. You will design, scale, and maintain a Postgres/Supabase-backed knowledge graph linking companies, investors, deals, and conversations.

You will own ingestion, validation, dedup, enrichment, and entity resolution at scale, ensuring fast, accurate access for product features and the sales team. Fully remote with US Eastern overlap and CAD compensation.

Qualifications

• Own a database used by agents and outreach.
• Strong SQL and Python with pipeline experience.
• Experience with data quality, deduplication, and provenance.
• Knowledge of schemas, contracts, and relational modeling.
• Familiarity with AI tooling and embeddings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, scale, and maintain the Postgres/Supabase database.
