Athar Group in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Founding Head of Operations to shape the future of our real estate portfolio. You will partner with the Founder and CEO to structure operations, oversee tenants, maintenance, and performance, and advise on asset strategy and development.

You will lead cross-functional teams, set leasing strategy and budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive revenue growth across commercial, residential, and industrial assets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years UAE experience in real estate, property management, or adjacent verticals.
• Minimum 5 years in a management or executive position with accountability over a portfolio.
• Experience in growing and transforming a lean founding team into a corporate organization a plus.
• Experience in growing a team via direct creation of departments or divisions a plus.
• Experience in creating new subsidiaries for an organization a plus.
• Experience with VCs and the Start-Up ecosystem in the UAE a plus.

Responsabilités

• Ownership over the execution and reporting regarding assets under management.
• Direct leasing strategy, pricing, and renewals.
• Direct and monitor maintenance schedules, ensuring AMCs are being followed and executed.
• Act as the mediating force between departments, ensuring cross-functional coordination.
• Collect and oversee monthly and quarterly financial and operational reports to present to the CEO, ensuring data accuracy and presenting analysis of performance.
• Creating and maintaining annual operating budgets for the real estate team, while maximizing ROI.
• Assess short-term opportunities for increasing and maintaining annual revenue growth, as well as long-term investment opportunities via asset acquisition or subsidiary creations.
• Review SOPs on an annual basis, or when regulatory changes require, to ensure legal and financial protection for the tenants, clients, owners, and organization.
• Ensure regulatory and financial compliance with all necessary local and federal governmental entities.
