Job summary

AYAN Labs in Dubai seeks a hands-on Client Success / Account Manager to own onboarding to published case studies for clients and to drive AYAN's own marketing projects (launches, events, content, PR). You will spend most of your time on client work while aligning project plans for AYAN's growth.

Two to three years in an agency or consulting setting, with strong client-facing skills, is preferred. English is essential; Arabic is a real advantage. Flexible hours and founder HQ in Dubai.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in agency or consulting environments.
• Experience managing client-facing projects and deadlines.
• Ability to read a spreadsheet and interpret client mood with focus.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding to published case studies for clients.
• Manage AYAN's marketing projects: launch, events, content, PR.
• Prioritize client work, communicate blockers and drive solutions.
