Job summary

Guildhall is seeking a fast-scaling digital asset company CFO to own the financial strategy, controls, and reporting across a multi-entity structure, guiding the path to a Nasdaq listing.

The role requires US GAAP, SOX ICFR, and SEC expertise, with hands-on IPO/de-SPAC experience and a proven record building high-performing finance teams globally. Based in Dubai, with international travel as needed.

Qualifications

• US CPA in good standing with Big Four audit background.
• Experience as CFO or Senior Finance Director in a US-listed company or prepping for listing.
• Hands-on IPO/de-SPAC experience including SEC readiness and filings.
• Deep US GAAP, SEC rules, SOX ICFR understanding for public governance.

Responsibilities

• Own financial strategy, controls and reporting across a multi-entity structure.
• Lead path to Nasdaq listing, IPO de-SPAC readiness, SEC reporting and ICFR.
• Build and lead global finance team (accounting, FP&A, treasury).
• Oversee treasury, tax, risk, financial-crime controls across jurisdictions.
