Job summary

KinFitz & Co. seeks a seasoned CFO to design and implement an institutional-grade financial function as the business scales rapidly. Directly advise the CEO and board on financial strategy while building the finance team and controls across UAE and GCC markets.

You will own budgeting, forecasting, risk management and governance, expanding financial systems to support multi-country operations and strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience with senior leadership exposure (CFO/Finance Director background preferred).
• Strong IFRS knowledge and multi-entity, multi-country experience.
• UAE and GCC experience strongly preferred.
• Track record with revenue assurance and complex commercial models.
• Experience supporting commercial negotiations and working with executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning across UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and future markets.
• Establish multi-entity consolidation, reporting and intercompany structures as the business expands.
• Build robust revenue- assurance controls to identify and close revenue leakage across the portfolio.
• Support business development on contract evaluation, pricing models and major commercial negotiations.
• Lead audit, tax, VAT and IFRS compliance across all markets.
• Build and lead the finance team, systems and processes to support growth.
