Qualifications

• Must hold a professional qualification (CA/CPA/CFA/MBA) from a top-tier global institution.
• 15–18 years of progressive financial experience across corporate finance, treasury, and M&A.
• 3–5 years of Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Big 4 M&A advisory experience.
• 5–8 years in a senior financial leadership role within a multi-entity holding structure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full financial lifecycle of the holding company and its assets.
• Lead Capital Markets & PE fundraising with private equity firms and institutional investors.
• Architect and syndicate group-level credit facilities; manage multi-currency treasury operations.
• Optimize corporate & tax architecture within ADGM/DIFC frameworks for cross-border ventures.
• Implement rigorous portfolio governance and capital allocation to maximize ROI.
• Drive equity and debt fundraising end-to-end from pitch to closing.
• Manage relationships with external shareholders, investment banks, and PE partners.
• Negotiate with corporate banking partners and oversee liquidity management.
