YP Club in Dubai is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to win new business among founders and business owners. You will conduct interviews, assess fit, and guide prospects from first conversation to membership.

This role rewards a proven track record of closing high-value deals (USD 10,000+ per deal), a confident on-camera presence, strong English, and disciplined CRM and forecasting. You’ll join a luxury, selective private-members club with earnings tied to performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Proven record of closing new revenue personally.
• Experience selling high-value services to founders.
• Strong discovery, qualification and closing skills.
• Good CRM habits and organized records.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and interview founders to assess fit.
• Guide members from first conversation to membership.
• Forecast results accurately and keep records up to date.
• Meet or exceed new member and upgrade targets.
• Collaborate with City Lead, marketing and leadership.
• Decline unsuitable prospects with professionalism.
• Build referrals through events, partnerships and networks.
• Maintain momentum on new business pipeline.
