Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with experience using analytics tools to interpret data and track KPIs.
• Excellent communication skills, clear written and verbal, with stakeholder management.
• World-class sales skills: outreach, pipeline management, converting leads to members/partners.
• Solid project management: planning, prioritization, execution across multiple workstreams.
• Relevant startup growth, business development or marketing experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related field, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, growth experimentation frameworks, and digital acquisition channels.

Responsibilities

• Sell high-value memberships to founder-owners, focusing on peer conversations over pitches.
• Qualify leads, book calls, conduct interviews and close deals.
• Source leads via cold outreach, events, partnerships and member referrals.
• Own and optimize the sales funnel; diagnose slumps and implement fixes.
• Upsell into Circle and retreats; manage referrals.
• Follow up on prospects who are undecided.
• Read weekly numbers and inform advertising with customer insights.
• Be the first contact and set the tone for the whole membership.
