YP Club seeks a true A-player to lead the Dubai city with autonomy, reporting directly to the founder. You will decide member access and shape the whole member experience, setting a template for future cities starting with London.

The role demands strategic thinking, strong relationship building, and an understanding of the founder journey. You should own a P&L or run a business unit, have experience with memberships and SOPs, and be comfortable managing multiple workstreams while engaging

Qualifications

• Own a P&L or run a business unit with financial accountability.
• Experience holding and closing memberships with SOPs.
• Operate with real autonomy and build plans, not just execute.
• Understand the founder mindset; ideally have built something.
• Confident public speaking and leading a room of founders.
• Experience serving high net worth individuals with premium service.
• Approachable, kind, and focused on helping others succeed.
• Able to manage multiple workstreams without dropping any.
• Tech-savvy; comfortable with digital platforms and tools.
• Hold UAE residence visa.
