Job summary

The First Group Hospitality in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Membership Sales Manager to drive acquisition and revenue for its premium club and hospitality portfolio. You will build high-value relationships with VIPs, corporates, and community leaders, and lead proactive outreach, referrals, events, and account development.

Qualifications

Current or recent experience in Abu Dhabi market is mandatory.
Experience in private clubs, luxury hospitality, or premium lifestyle services is highly preferred.
Proven ability to generate leads, build relationships and achieve membership or revenue targets.

Responsibilities

Drive membership growth through proactive networking, lead generation, referrals, events, and corporate account development.
Manage and develop a strong membership sales pipeline with consistent follow-up and conversion of qualified leads.
Support the Director of Membership in managing the complete membership journey from inquiry and property tour to application, joining, and onboarding.
Conduct engaging property tours and presentations, clearly communicating facilities, services, benefits, and membership value.
