Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate teaching and learning across Foundation Stage classes.
- Support teachers in planning age-appropriate and engaging learning experiences.
- Review lesson plans, classroom activities, and curriculum coverage.
- Help ensure consistency in early years teaching standards.
- Support implementation of British curriculum expectations within the Foundation Stage.
- Guide teachers on effective early literacy and numeracy approaches.
- Promote play-based and child-centered learning strategies.
- Support development of communication, language, social, emotional, and physical skills.
- Monitor classroom practice and provide constructive feedback to teachers.
- Assist with lesson observations and professional development activities.
- Share effective early years teaching strategies across the FS team.
- Coordinate schemes of work and phase-level planning.
- Support teachers with differentiation and individual learning needs.
- Monitor student progress and review assessment information.
- Help identify children requiring additional support or intervention.
- Promote consistent use of assessment and developmental observations.
- Support transition arrangements between Foundation Stage and Primary.

Ideal Profile
- Bachelor 's degree in a relevant subject.
- B.Ed is mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year of UAE experience in a similar role.
- Previous Foundation Stage teaching or coordination experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of early years education.
- Familiarity with British curriculum expectations.
- Good understanding of child development and age-appropriate pedagogy.
- Experience supporting lesson planning and curriculum coordination.
- Ability to guide and support teaching staff.
- Strong classroom observation and feedback skills.
- Good knowledge of early literacy and numeracy.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
