The position requires a relevant Bachelor's degree, mandatory B.Ed qualification, UAE school experience, and the ability to guide early years teaching in a structured, child‑centered learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate Foundation Stage teaching and learning activities in line with British curriculum standards.
- Support early years teachers with lesson planning, classroom routines, learning resources, and curriculum delivery.
- Monitor teaching quality and provide guidance to improve classroom practice and student engagement.
- Help ensure that Foundation Stage learning activities support children's academic, social, emotional, and physical development.
- Assist teachers in creating child‑centered, play‑based, and inquiry‑based learning experiences.
- Support assessment, observation, progress tracking, and documentation for Foundation Stage students.
- Review student learning data and help identify areas requiring additional support or intervention.
- Guide teachers in using age‑appropriate strategies, differentiated instruction, and effective classroom management.
- Work with school leadership to maintain academic standards and improve early years provision.
- Support communication with parents regarding student progress, well‑being, and classroom learning when required.
- Help maintain a safe, positive, inclusive, and stimulating early years learning environment.
- Coordinate with teachers, assistants, department heads, and school leadership to ensure smooth section operations.
- Support school policies, safeguarding procedures, health and safety standards, and student well‑being expectations.
- Contribute to school events, early years activities, planning meetings, and academic improvement initiatives.
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject is required.
- B.Ed qualification is mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year of UAE experience in a similar role.
- Experience in a British curriculum school is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Foundation Stage learning and early years classroom practice.
- Good knowledge of child development, play‑based learning, and age‑appropriate teaching strategies.
- Ability to support teachers with lesson planning, assessment, classroom management, and student progress tracking.
