Job summary

VertexPro in the UAE is hiring a Business Development Executive to drive new client acquisition among forex brokers and trading companies in Arabic-speaking markets. You will own the client journey from first contact to signed agreement, collaborating with product and onboarding teams to ensure smooth onboarding.

Fluent in English and Arabic, you will build relationships, run discovery calls and product demos, and work toward monthly and quarterly targets with competitive salary and commission.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B business development or client acquisition.
• Fluent in English and Arabic with strong business communication.
• Proven ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Based in the UAE with immediate joiner preferred.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospective brokers, fintech firms and trading companies through calls, meetings, events and digital channels.
• Run discovery calls and product demos, then recommend the right solution for each client.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
• Represent VertexPro at industry expos and summits, and follow up on the leads generated.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for new client acquisition and revenue growth.
• Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth.
• Work with the Technical, Support and Operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
