Job summary

VertexPro, Abu Dhabi-based, is seeking a Business Development Executive to bring its forex technology ecosystem to brokers in Arabic markets. You will own the client journey from first conversation to signed agreement, collaborating with product and onboarding teams to ensure smooth adoption.

You will identify prospects, run discovery calls and demos, build relationships, and represent VertexPro at expos. Fluency in English and Arabic, 1–3 years in B2B BD, and UAE-based availability are required.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Arabic with strong business communication.
• 1–3 years in B2B business development or client acquisition.
• Proven ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospective brokers, fintech firms, and trading companies.
• Run discovery calls and product demos, then recommend the right solution.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
• Represent VertexPro at expos and summits, and follow up on leads.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for new client acquisition and revenue growth.
• Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with Technical, Support, and Operations teams for smooth onboarding.
