Job summary

VertexPro is seeking a Business Development Executive in the UAE to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth for forex technology ecosystems. You will qualify brokers, run discovery calls and demos, and manage relationships from first contact to signed agreements.

You will collaborate with product and onboarding teams, travel to expos, and meet aggressive monthly and quarterly targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Arabic with strong business communication.
• 1–3 years of experience in B2B business development or client acquisition.
• Proven ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Target-driven with a track record of meeting monthly and quarterly targets in a fast-paced, performance-based environment.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
• Based in the UAE; immediate joiners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospective brokers, fintech firms and trading companies through calls, meetings, events and digital channels.
• Run discovery calls and product demos, then recommend the right solution for each client.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
• Represent VertexPro at industry expos and summits, and follow up on the leads generated.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for new client acquisition and revenue growth.
• Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth.
• Work with the Technical, Support and Operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
