FXEM.com in Dubai is seeking a Sales & Business Development Executive to drive growth in the Forex brokerage space. You will engage with prospective clients via phone, email, and social channels, building strong relationships while meeting sales targets.

The role requires 1+ year of sales/BD experience, proficiency in Arabic and English, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment. UAE residency and legal eligibility to work are essential.

Formación

• Fluency in Arabic and English is essential for client communications.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills are required.
• Experience in lead generation and social media content creation is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Contact and qualify new leads through phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Follow up with prospective clients throughout the sales journey.
• Generate new leads via networking, referrals, and social media activities.
• Maintain professional presence on relevant social media platforms in line with brand guidelines.
• Create engaging, compliant promotional content to support awareness and lead generation.
• Present FXEM.com’s services clearly while upholding high client-care standards.
• Update and manage lead information and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Meet sales, engagement, and lead-generation targets.
• Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to support campaigns.
• Ensure all communications comply with UAE laws and internal policies.
