Job summary

Xpat Today is seeking a driven Sales Executive for our forex trading client in the UAE. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, onboarding IBs and affiliates, and expanding the active trader base across target markets in Dubai and beyond.

You should bring a strong network in forex or financial services and be comfortable working with MT5 and copy trading products. The position offers a competitive salary plus performance-based incentives and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

3–5 years in forex sales, IB management, or financial services.
Existing client network or affiliate following required.
Strong knowledge of forex markets, MT5, and trading products including copy trading and PAMM.
Excellent communication, sales, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
On-site or remote work depending on location.

Responsibilities

Identify, approach, and onboard new IBs, affiliates, and retail trading clients.
Generate leads through social media, Telegram/WhatsApp communities, industry events, referrals, and existing networks.
Educate prospective clients on trading platforms, account types, trading instruments, copy trading, and other offerings.
Guide clients through account opening and funding process.
Achieve monthly targets relating to funded accounts and trading volume.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with IBs and clients.
Stay up to date with forex market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments.
Collaborate with marketing and support teams on campaigns and lead-conversion strategies.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and client interactions using CRM tools.
Represent the company at industry events and client meetings.
