VALOR MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY in Dubai, UAE is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive Forex CFD client acquisition and build lasting relationships with traders. You will generate new business, convert qualified leads into active accounts, and promote the company’s Forex CFD products to clients.

The role emphasizes targets, performance-driven incentives, and ongoing training in a fast-paced market environment. Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience (Forex & CFD experience preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Target-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Generate new clients through calls, referrals and digital leads.
• Convert leads into active trading accounts.
• Promote the company’s Forex CFD products and services.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Follow up with prospects and existing clients regularly.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Stay updated on financial markets and company products.
