Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Food Science, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• 5 years ++ of experience in the Food Service/Horeca sector.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the food and beverage industry, with a network of contacts in food service.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and maximize new business opportunities inside the assigned outlet through networking and field visits.
• Maintain and grow relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within the industry.
• Understand client needs and propose customized solutions that align with their business objectives.
• Provide product recommendations and customized solutions based on client needs.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing in line with company guidelines and profitability targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy.
• Assist the Head of Department in executing the approved business plan across channels within the Business Unit.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the brand and generate leads.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management, highlighting progress and opportunities for growth.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing strategies, and sales procedures.
