Client of S&K HR Consulting in Dubai seeks a Tele Sales Representative to drive sales growth by contacting customers, generating leads, handling inquiries, and maintaining strong relationships via professional calls.

The role is based in Dubai with standard office hours Monday to Friday. The company offers competitive salary with allowances, growth opportunities, and a collaborative GCC-region environment.

Qualifications

• Professional Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of telesales, telemarketing, customer service, or sales support experience.
• Experience in food ingredients, bakery, or hospitality sectors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to introduce products and promotions.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Generate and qualify sales leads for the sales team.
• Follow up on quotations, orders, deliveries and customer feedback.
• Maintain accurate customer information and call records in the CRM system.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Resolve customer complaints or escalate as needed.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly call and lead targets.
• Prepare reports and submit updates to Line Manager.
• Support customer retention initiatives through regular follow-up calls.
