Job summary

Brainstorm Marketing Management LLC is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager, FMCG, to drive growth with UAE and GCC FMCG clients. You will leverage strong market relationships to create opportunities and close deals across shopper marketing, activations, and OOH campaigns.

You will identify opportunities, pitch, negotiate and collaborate with leadership to deliver commercially strong solutions.

Qualifications

At least 5 years of UAE experience in business development, client servicing or commercial roles within marketing sectors.
Strong relationships across FMCG companies and with Marketing Directors, Brand Managers, Trade Marketing teams, Shopper Marketing teams and Procurement.
Ability to turn relationships into meaningful commercial opportunities and close new business.

Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities across FMCG clients in the UAE and GCC.
Build and maintain relationships with senior brand and marketing decision makers.
Create and manage a strong pipeline of briefs, RFQs and opportunities.
Pitch BMM's capabilities across shopper marketing, retail activation, experiential campaigns, OOH, creative and production.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals and pitch responses.
Manage opportunities from initial contact through negotiation and closure.
Identify opportunities to grow newly acquired client relationships.
Represent BMM at client meetings and industry events.
