Job summary

Converge in Dubai seeks an experienced Marketing Manager to drive brand growth across the GCC. This highly hands-on role involves building the marketing function from the ground up, owning key initiatives, and developing go-to-market strategies in a fast-paced startup environment.

You will collaborate with senior leadership to expand presence in multiple GCC markets and translate plans into action with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• 8+ years FMCG experience, with current experience in FMCG Food & Beverage.
• Experience across 3–4 GCC countries is required.
• Strong hands-on Go-To-Market strategy and expanding businesses across the GCC.
• Comfortable in a start-up environment and building marketing initiatives independently.
• Mix of multinational and local FMCG experience with high ownership.
