Job summary

BD SELECT is seeking an experienced Sales Manager in Dubai to lead the sales strategy for the UAE and GCC. You will oversee a sales team, build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts, and drive revenue growth across the region.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in FMCG/F&B sales, deep market knowledge of UAE/GCC, and proven leadership with strong English communication skills. A UAE driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in FMCG/F&B sectors.
• Strong UAE and GCC market knowledge across channels.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets and growing accounts.
• Experience managing distributors, retail, and/or HORECA channels.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategy to hit revenue, volume and profitability targets in UAE and GCC.
• Coach and motivate a sales team to meet targets.
• Build relationships with distributors, retailers, and key food-service accounts (HORECA).
• Identify and win new business opportunities and channels in FMCG/F&B.
• Negotiate trade terms, pricing, promotions, and annual agreements with key customers.
