CBRE Excellerate in Dubai, UAE, seeks a proactive Sales Manager to grow our facilities management portfolio across the UAE and wider MENA region. You will develop and close new business opportunities, ensuring offerings meet client requirements while upholding our quality standards.

You will build lasting client relationships, present CBRE Excellerate to prospects, and work with the regional business development team to target key sectors. Fluent English is mandatory; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in FM or facilities management.
• Experience in lead generation and pipeline development.
• Strong English communication; Arabic is an advantage

Responsabilités

• Develop and grow local sales pipeline across UAE and MENA.
• Identify opportunities, engage clients, and present CBRE Excellerate offerings.
• Negotiate and close sales to meet targets and revenue goals.
• Coordinate with Commercial and Bids teams to prepare tender documents.
• Build long-term client relationships and provide after-sales support
