The Career Nest in Dubai is hiring for an all-day dining role in a high-volume setting. You will manage mornings, lunch and an evening service across a single shift by switching registers as the day changes.

Expect to deliver personalised service, master the menu, take precise orders, and coordinate with kitchen and bar to maintain smooth timings amid a full book.

Qualifications

• Previous experience on an à la carte or fine dining floor.
• Ability to switch register as the day shifts.
• Attention to detail, speed and accuracy under a full book.
• Fluent English; a second European language is advantageous.
