Job summary

VanEdge Technologies is seeking self-motivated B2B tech sales specialists to drive client acquisition in real estate brokerages across the UAE. The role starts as freelance commission-only, with a path to a full-time permanent position and visa sponsorship.

You will prospect, qualify, manage a lead funnel, and demo the automation and compliance ecosystem to secure subscriptions. Fluent English is required, with Arabic or Hindi/Urdu advantageous for closing deals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
• Experience selling to real estate sector is a plus.
• Fluent in English; Arabic or Hindi/Urdu advantageous for closing deals.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify decision-makers across real estate brokerages in UAE.
• Build and manage lead funnel from cold outreach to product demos.
• Close monthly/annual subscriptions for VanEdge platform.
• Relay client insights to engineering for product feedback.
