Job summary

AarVi Real Estate LLC in Dubai is seeking a results-driven telesales professional to drive outbound contact with prospective buyers and investors, qualify leads, and schedule meetings and property viewings to accelerate the sales cycle.

You will rely on excellent English communication, strong negotiation skills, and CRM proficiency. Maintain accurate lead data in Excel and the CRM, conduct timely follow-ups, and aim to exceed daily, weekly, and monthly calling and meeting-generation targets.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in spoken and written English.
• 1-3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, lead generation, or real estate sales preferred.
• Real estate experience in Dubai/UAE will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective and existing clients
• Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing property portals databases and other sources
• Understand the client s requirements budget preferred location and investment objectives
• Qualify leads and identify genuine sales opportunities
• Generate and schedule strong physical meetings office meetings property viewings and online meetings strong for Sales Agents
• Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects to maximize conversion opportunities
• Update all calls lead status follow-ups and meeting details accurately in the CRM
• Maintain and update lead databases using Microsoft Excel
• Achieve daily weekly and monthly calling and meeting-generation targets
