Job summary

Stealth Startup in Dubai is seeking an SDR to bring real estate brokerages onto an all-in-one proptech platform, coordinating qualified meetings for the sales team.

You will cold-call brokerages, research targets, and build rapport with owners and agents, showcasing global, KYC-verified buyer access and a low-friction AI valuation demo.

Fluency in English and Arabic is required; prior sales or proptech experience is a plus. This role is based in DIFC with a growth-focused team.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
• Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with brokerages via cold calling and inbound inquiries.
• Research and target brokerages with strong local inventory but limited international buyers.
• Build rapport with brokerage owners, principals, and listing agents to understand volumes and cross-border pain points.
• Move qualified leads through the funnel — booking demos and connecting prospects to a salesperson.
