Job summary

Al Tayer Group in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced Fleet Sales Executive to drive showroom and on-site sales, achieve targets, and build lasting client relationships. You will manage end-to-end vehicle transactions, coordinate with finance and insurance, and maintain accurate records while delivering top-tier service.

Candidates should have 3–5 years in GCC fleet sales, a relevant degree or automotive vocational route, and be bilingual in Arabic and English.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years solid experience in fleet sales in the GCC market.
• Degree in any discipline or automotive vocational route.
• Preferably bilingual Arabic and English.
• Attention to details and concern for quality.
• Dynamic and proactive personality.

Responsibilities

• Carry out sales in accordance to pre agreed monthly targets and budgets.
• Attend to showroom customers and initiate sales with qualified product advice.
• Maintain customer database and develop prospect lists.
• Close transactions with proper documentation and invoicing.
• Provide advice on vehicle finance and insurance facilities.
