Job summary

Remote DXB in the UAE is seeking an experienced sales professional to lead government and fleet accounts. You will build relationships with government bodies, pursue tenders, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead to delivery and payment collection.

The role requires at least 3 years of automotive sales experience, strong knowledge of tender processes, a UAE driving license, and UAE national status. You will collaborate across operations, logistics, and finance to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of automotive sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of UAE government tender processes and procurement systems.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Must be a UAE National.

• Identify new fleet sales opportunities through tenders, direct sales, and strategic partnerships.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to vehicle delivery and payment collection.
• Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tender documentation in compliance with government requirements.
• Coordinate internally with operations, logistics, finance, and aftersales teams.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and government procurement updates.
• Ensure accurate forecasting and maintain updated pipeline reports.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and long‑term account retention.
