Job summary

مجموعة الطاير seeks an experienced fleet sales professional in Dubai to drive sales with showroom visitors and during sales calls, aiming to meet monthly targets. You will tailor vehicle options to client needs and advise on features, pricing, and financing.

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of GCC fleet sales experience, are bilingual in Arabic and English, and demonstrate strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and dynamic communication to build long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline as per the requirement.
• 3-5 years solid fleet sales experience in GCC.
• Bilingual Arabic and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct sales with showroom customers and on sales calls.
• Work to monthly targets and budgets for fleet sales.
• Prepare visit/call reports and feedback to Manager.
• Report weekly/monthly on performance against targets.
• Assist customers with vehicle specs, finance, and insurance options.
• Maintain customer database and follow up on prospects.
• Ensure proper documentation of vehicle transactions and delivery.
