Ali & Sons Automotive in Dubai is seeking energetic fleet sales executives to drive B2B outdoor sales with banks, financial institutions and corporate clients. You will identify opportunities, present tailored fleet solutions, and close deals across the UAE.

The role offers competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions, a brand portfolio within a trusted UAE group, and opportunities to expand your corporate network while delivering high-quality delivery and after-sales support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B outdoor sales experience in UAE.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• English fluency; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage corporate, government & SME fleet clients.
• Develop and present tailored fleet proposals.
• Meet monthly fleet sales targets and provide market feedback.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and after-sales service.
• Expand UAE sales network and maintain key client relationships.

What We’re Looking For:

• Outstanding negotiation & communication skills; English proficiency essential, Arabic a plus.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
