Job summary

MK Motors OMODA JAECOO in Abu Dhabi seeks a dynamic Fleet Sales Consultant with proven UAE dealership experience to drive fleet and corporate sales.

Ideal candidate will build relationships with government and SME clients, manage full sales cycle from lead to delivery, and achieve monthly and yearly targets. Immediate joiner preferred; strong Arabic and English communication required.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years UAE fleet sales experience in automotive dealership.
• Experience handling corporate, SME, government, and semi-government accounts.
• Native Arabic speaker with strong English communication.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Currently based in UAE with immediate joining.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute fleet sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the UAE fleet and corporate market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, SME, government, and semi-government organizations.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and client meetings to negotiations, closing, and delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and fleet pricing to identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates.
• Ensure achievement of monthly and annual fleet sales targets.

MK Motors is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Fleet Sales Consultant to join our OMODA JAECOO dealership in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in fleet and corporate sales within the UAE automotive dealership sector with a proven ability to develop and manage relationships with corporate, SME, semi-government, and government clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute fleet sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the UAE fleet and corporate market
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, SME, government, and semi-government organizations
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and client meetings to negotiations, closing, and delivery
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and fleet pricing to identify new business opportunities
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates
• Ensure achievement of monthly and annual fleet sales targets

Requirements

• 2 4 years of proven UAE experience in automotive dealership fleet sales
• Experience handling corporate, SME, government, and semi-government accounts (mandatory)
• Strong existing network and knowledge of UAE fleet corporate automotive market will be an advantage
• Native Arabic speaker
• English communication skills
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills
• Target-driven with a proven track record in achieving sales objectives
• Valid UAE driving license
• Currently based in the UAE and available for immediate joining

We are looking for a candidate who is well-connected within the UAE corporate and institutional market, understands fleet purchasing requirements, and can independently generate and close fleet business. Experience with government and semi-government tenders and institutional accounts will be highly advantageous.
