Job summary

PETIT FORESTIER TRANSPORTATION VEHICLES RENTAL L.L.C in Dubai is seeking a Fleet Operator (M/F) to manage daily fleet operations, coordinate maintenance, and support clients in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will hold a valid UAE manual driving license, be fluent in English with Hindi as well, and demonstrate strong organizational and reporting skills to ensure optimal fleet performance and compliance with RTA requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in fleet operations or vehicle rental preferred.
• Understanding of vehicle maintenance and preventive maintenance planning.
• Strong English communication (speaking and writing) mandatory.
• Ability to speak Hindi.
• Excellent customer service and client handling.
• Ability to handle emergency breakdowns calmly.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Knowledge of UAE traffic regulations, RTA processes, and fleet documentation is an advantage.
• Valid UAE Manual Driving License – Mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily fleet operations and monitor performance.
• Attend client calls and service requests professionally.
• Coordinate and follow up on vehicle breakdowns.
• Plan vehicle movements for RTA passing, inspections, registrations and permits.
• Drive and move company fleet vehicles when required.
• Prepare departure, return, handover and condition reports.
• Maintain up-to-date records of vehicles, maintenance and inspections.
• Schedule preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with workshop on repairs and availability.
• Communicate vehicle status and repairs to clients.
• Produce fleet reports as needed.
• Ensure fleet documents, registrations, insurance, permits are current.
