Job summary

Petit Forestier Group in Dubai invites applications for a Fleet Operator (M/F). You will manage daily fleet operations, coordinate vehicle maintenance, and support clients while ensuring all vehicles are safe and ready for service.

The role requires strong English and Hindi communication, solid MS Excel skills, and the ability to work under pressure. A valid UAE manual driving license is mandatory, with experience in RTA processes and fleet documentation being a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in fleet operations and vehicle maintenance planning.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Hindi language ability is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the daily operations of the company fleet.
• Attend and respond to client calls, inquiries, and service requests.
• Coordinate vehicle breakdowns and provide immediate client support.
• Plan vehicle movements for RTA passing, inspections, registrations, permits, and other admin tasks.
• Drive and move company fleet vehicles as needed.
• Prepare accurate departure, return, and condition reports.
